No win, No Fee? A tale of caution....
Nothing to do with care and continuing care but a tale of caution

Hmmm how sad for the lady. I would advise anyone with even a very small business dealing with the general public to get public liability insurance. We have to do this [ even as a very small family business ] otherwise Contractors would not let us do any work for them. It costs us about £50 a month. That's the world we live in now I'm afraid - the blame culture.
Apologies if I haven't replied on any of your posts. I have been checking the home page but as there were no highlighted ' new posts ' I thought everyone must be on their hols or something. Stoopid me has just realised that I hadn't logged in !

Bodecia, it all depends how often you read the forum - even tho' you may not be logged in. The 'Latest Topics' scrolling list (left of screen) should give you a fairly good idea of what's been happening since you last looked. I've set it to 12 only, because any more than that could be a bit eye-consuming! It won't show anything that is for "Memebers Only" though, unless you're logged in.
It's easier once you are logged in, because you see one of those little yellow/orange blobs that tell you posts you haven't read.
Or you can just click on "View posts since last visit" and see everything with a blob
Hope that helps.
